Our first K-9 New Life reunion picnic for adopters was held Saturday October 23rd, 2004 at Chesapeake Park. We had a wonderful turn out from our former foster dogs. We were all so happy to see the dogs with the new families. They were all happy, healthy and beautiful. The weather was perfect in the 60's and all sun! We were also lucky enough to be located by the dog park so all of the dogs were able to go for a fun romp and have some time to socialize and catch up. We held a raffle for some wonderful prizes during the event. All former fosters had a surprise. We handed out K-9 New Life logo doggie bowls filled with goodies! The food was all wonderful and we wanted to say thanks for everyone for making this possible. It was wonderful meeting everyone and being able to see the dogs with happy new lives. Below are some of the pictures from the event.
